I help working professionals who are navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, burnout, and relationship stress. I’m a board-certified psychiatrist trained at Harvard, Columbia, and leading psychoanalytic institutes, with experience in academic, community, and private settings.
My approach integrates weekly psychotherapy with thoughtful use of medications when desired. For some, medications can help ease acute symptoms or create space for deeper reflection and emotional growth in therapy. Either way, my goal is to help you make lasting changes and not just feel better, but live better.
Why Work with Me
I combine expertise in therapy, medications, and organizational systems to provide holistic care tailored to your life. I’ve helped professionals across medicine, tech, finance, academia, and the arts— people who often feel stuck despite being high-functioning.
I stay current with clinical research and have served on the American Psychiatric Association’s Practice Guidelines Committee, helping set national standards for care. At the same time, I treat you as a whole person with your unique values, experiences, and goals. I will work with you to develop a treatment approach that feels right and is helpful to you.
Office in DUMBO, Brooklyn:
I see clients in-person at 55 Washington Street, a private, comfortable office in the heart of DUMBO. It is conveniently located near the A, C, F, 2, and 3 lines as well as the ferry. While I find that in-person therapy generally works better, video sessions are available when needed.
